MWL ADVISORY offers a scalable team of experienced, credentialed and highly-motivated professional staff. In November 2023, MWL, working with HKA Global created a transition of employees and engagements to allow for Ron Maus to retire, presumably in 2026. As a result of this transition, MWL supplements its limited present resources with HKA personnel as appropriate.

At this time, Ron Maus continues working on existing matters, and undertakes new work that fits schedule criteria. He works with subconsultants Bob Wagner, Carolyn Sullivan, and HKA personnel as appropriate.
